I budgeted initially $1,000, but I spent the well-worth $1,600 it was listed for at the time, and I'm super happy to say it still runs like it did on day 1. I've contacted Eluktronics multiple times for upgrades, or concerns, and they're always courteous. Try to get THAT from competing brands(ps. you won't)."

"I ordered a keyboard replacement but there were no instructions. Support sent me a link to a video showing how to do it. The video was not very high resolution and only 5 minutes showing a 15 minute process. I had to slow it down and repeat each step multiple times in order to see what they were doing (no close ups). I took me an hour and after I was done the laptop didn’t turn on when I pressed the power button. I eventually realized that I missed unconnecting and reconnecting the ribbon cable to the power button. You could not see that connector in the video. Once I figured that out everything worked. "
