"Overall it's has been a good tablet for my 2yr old. It's durable enough for a baby to handle & not easily be broken. It comes with lots of educational games already installed & the price is reasonable. My only problem is that it takes a while to load after it comes on. Also, this is the first time this has happened, but the screen has been stuck on the Funtab sign for about 30 minutes now.

"I bought two Ematic 14.1 EWT147 Laptops, one black and one red, as gifts, for our grandkids. The screen on the red one would not lite up. I emailed Ematic Customer Service and was surprised at the quick reply. I was also surprised that they suggested that the unit was probably defective and I should return to the retailer for quickest resolution since it was just purchased. I returned it to good ole Walmart and reordered another one. It and the original black one are working fine. Kotos to both Walmart and Ematic."
