"I received my boxes delivery recently and it was absolutely of great quality but few of the boxes lids were damaged during the shipment. I contacted back to Emenac packing and requested them to replace the boxes and sent them a photo of the damaged lids as a proof. Some seconds later, I was eventually called by their customer service & informed that my case has been reviewed by their manager and they will ship the damaged box lids to me soon. With the prompt and responsive attitude by their customer service team, they accommodated me very well and have answered all my inquiries.
