Issue with Processing My Online Order

"I placed an order for floor mats on November 5th. Upon not hearing anything or receiving a shipping confirmation for about 10 days, I finally checked on the status of the order. Apparently, Empire Toyota wasn't "set-up" to pay sales tax since the order was in a different state (I am in Texas). He had mentioned that they were working on the issue and should have it resolved quickly, but offered to cancel my order. I opted to keep the order, as it sounded like they should have the issue resolved in a couple of days. Another week and a half goes by, and I hear nothing. Finally, I emailed to request to have my order cancelled, and I hear nothing. I emailed again after another week, and Patrick responds in all caps saying "WE NEVER PROCESSED THE ORDER SO NOTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED TO YOUR CARD." What kind of customer service is this to respond in all caps? The management of Empire Toyota needs to have a serious talk with their employees."
