"Customer service from this vendor only works if you're buying from them, not if you have a problem. I ordered three plasma lamps for Christmas presents, but only two showed up, with no notice of back-order. When I contacted them via e-mail, they informed me of the back-order, and offered me one in a different color. I found that one didn't work, so I contacted them again to ask about returning or exchanging it. This started three weeks of e-mails back and forth while I tried to describe the problem and they refused to acknowledge their responsibility to provide a product that works. BEWARE of their fine print, apparently you have to contact them within three days to inform them of a problem ... who opens electronics and confirms they're functional in the two weeks before Christmas? The last exchange was the most frustrating, where their "customer service rep" informed me that I must have the on/off switch on the wrong setting. They won't stand by their products, so if you're willing to take a chance, Good Luck! Just don't expect any help if your gadget doesn't work."
