"I received my order (SSS Tonic) and I have been very happy with the results as I have been overcoming anemia very quickly. However, when my bottle arrived in the mail the cap was not functioning properly. Despite several attempts at unscrewing the cap, it would not come off and seemed to be incorrectly assembled. I had to break off the cap by pounding on it with a knife and replacing it with a cap from my previous bottle. Was not happy about that because the bottle got damaged in the process and the tonic easily leaked out if I tilted it only slightly. I am hoping that the next bottle I purchase will not have this malfunction."
