"There where a few problems and one of them was with the packaging of the product , it had leaked. I received an apology. A new bottle is being sent to replace leakage. When shipping into northern Canada, the outside temperature should be considered, liquids expand causing leaking and blowing caps off. The other problem was being charged another $13.25 before delivery .They charged me $10.00 processing fee for 2.05 in taxes and another 1.30 in taxes for the $10.00. I will not ship via DHL again.
