I emailed customer support and they say "we looked up your account and you should receive your order 1-3 weeks after ordering". I emailed them back and said that if they had really looked up my order they'd know it was already more than three weeks since I ordered. They take days to reply, too. "

"I order a lot of lightbulbs from EFI because they have good products, good prices, and the cheapest shipping.

God forbid if you ever get a bad lightbulb, though. They are completely confused when it comes to replacing a bad bulb. The last time this happened, it took two emails, three phone calls, and nearly two weeks to get the bulb replaced.

They don't email when the product is shipped, and they don't give out the tracking numbers unless you contact them and ask. Also, "one day shipping" can take up to five days.

But nobody can compete with their overall pricing with shipping, so I still use them."

The prices on the bulbs was very good and lower than what I used to pay at the big box home improvement stores. The 2700k color temperature of these bulbs (2630B Circline) is perfect. I could only find 3000k substitutes in stores, but the light is way too harsh. Thanks to this store, I have that warm glow back in my kitchen and office.
