"I bought one stick of "512MB PC3200 400MHz, CL=2.5" DDR RAM; I paid for 2 day shipping, and they delivered. But, I discovered later that the RAM wasn't what I had thought. The SPD tells the system to run it at CAS 3.0 at 200MHz (400 effective speed), and a system utility, AIDA32, identifies the RAM as PC2700; the SPD information there says "2.5 CAS at 166MHz, 2.0 at 133MHz."
Now, since the RAM did work, I figured I'd give another stick a try. This may have been a bit of bad judgement on my part to do this, but it seems that the results are positive. This time, in the Comments section of the order form, I put this:
"I've already got a stick of this RAM; it seems that its SPD in fact sets it to run at CAS 3.0 when it's at 200MHz. I did set it manually to CAS 2.5, and it seems ok. An SPD reader also ID's the RAM as PC2700. Curious...perhaps something should be stated about this on the site if the ram is not in fact "true" PC3200 - some users are bigger perfectionists than I am."
I got a reply the next day:

Hello Jeffrey,
We cancelled your order and vided the charge of this invoice.
You are a real professional customer.
We don't have any stuffs matched what you want.
Sorry about it.
Enet

I don't quite fully understand what they did; it's like they didn't want to rip me off a second time, because I was aware of it this time. So, potential buyers, just know you might not be getting what you thought you paid for from this company. I did send a reply to their "cancellation notification" asking for more information, but I doubt I'll hear anything back."
"I placed an order for one of their wholesale packs (10, 512MB sticks) of PC2100, which I had send second day air. I placed the order on a sunday, and it was shipped on the first business day (which I found very impressive). I'm in the process of testing them right now, and so far 2 of the 10 passed memtest, and 1 had an issue.
I called about the 1 stick, and was transferred immeadetely to a friendly, helpful guy. I explained the situation to him, and he issued me an RMA # for the 1 stick, and for any defective sticks in the group (should know in a couple of days when testing is through).
Overall I am very impressed with their level of service, and just hope that the defective one just happened to get through. If the RAM proves good, they'll have all my RAM business (which is quite a lot).
I will post an update with how the RMA goes, and if the rest of the RAM proves succesful!
Brian
*Update*
After throughly testing each stick, please do NOT buy memory from this company. It'll just end up being a waste of time and money. Hardly any of the memory works. Some pass memtest, but you cant boot into windows. I'm using the same chipset they supposedely tested for, so its definetely not a compatibility issue.
Please avoid!!!!!"
"Memory stated high quality PC3200 400 DDR memory. The memory received is PC2700 333 DDR and had been overclocked a sold falsely. Two emails were sent complaining about the deceptive practice and false advertisement. RMA was requested. Neither email was answered. I have been forced to contact my CC company and request a charge back. Plan to write state's AG and file complaint with BBB.
I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. Poor customer service and false advertisement. Stay away!"
"I ordered 512 MB SDRAM for my computer, to speed up everything and be able to run more programs. I ordered on the 3rd(Sunday I believe) and on the 4th it was shipped out. I recieved it today (March 7th) by first class mail, and shipping was free! The memory works great, thanks Enet."
"COMPANY CLAIMED TO SELL PC2700 512MB 333MHZ DDR for 60$ per stick, including heatspreader.
I buy 2, receive goods 6 days later. Whats strikes me as funny is a paper sticker on the heatspreader that says WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED. Since when am I not allowed to remove heatspreader???? I look under all the glue and i find: PC2100 DDR carefully covered under glue and stickers.
ANYONE WHO RATED THIS COMPANY OK: PLEASE TAKE THE NUMBERS FROM THE CHIPS UNDER THE HEATSPREADERS AND LOOK IT UP ONLINE. I DO NOT NOT NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT SINCE THEY HAD THE FUNKY STICKERS THERE. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!

Update: manager contacted me and gave RMA so I sent goods back. He tried discussing with me that I was 'somewhat' wrong in that I should have looked more carefully since the item description nowhere said that it was not overclocked ram, so ... Anyways, make up your own mind... Changed the rating as promised."
"I ordered PC3200 memory, it was shipped the following business day, I recieved it right on time, and it was what I had order. Good work."
"I found their site through pricewatch.com. I ordered 2x 512MB PC3200 DDR sticks. I ordered 1 on 1 day, and 1 on another.
They first stick I received only booted up at 256MB, and it crashed A LOT. I e-mailed them and they responded the next day. I then received the 2nd DIMM, it worked great. THEN, THEY SENT ME A THIRD ONE--no cost. The 2nd and 3rd ones worked out great, and I really liked their fast reponse. Thanks Enet guys.
Glad They sent me a replacement, and so quickly!"
"These guys suck.
I ordered a video card on Wednesday, expecting it to be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. Instead, the following Wednesday I get an email saying they were out of stock and they were canceling my order. It took them a week to process my order and check their stock!"
"I'm going to jump up and down at this company, but they did exactly what they were supposed to do. Order 2x 128MB SDRAM sticks, they were shipped in 2 days and recieved via groud shipping in about 4 days.
Both RAM sticks were packed touching each other in the same plastic wrapping. Didn't effect them at all, but I would have like to have them packed individually.
Would order from them again."
"Ordered a video card retail box and it arrived quickly via usps. Packaging could have better (box inside was bent up) but the card wasn't damaged and does exactly what i expected"
"I ordered one stick of pc3200 ddr-sdram. It was one of the lowest prices on pricewatch, but i checked their rating here first. Although it wasn't the greatest (5.94 out of 10) i decided to give them a try. After i made the order, i got a confirmation email and later on that day, i got the tracking number. They shipped it the same day. The memory came in the timeframe expected via UPS ground and it works fine. I would recommend them and would look to them for a future purchase."
"Was one of the least expensive options on PriceWatch with a favorable return policy. Ordered generic 128MB PC100 SDRAM using free USPS shipping special. Quick response via e-mail. My order arrived in 5 days, RAM works flawlessly!"
"I ordered a stick of PC2100 ram from them. I found this store through pricewatch and they had advertised it as SAMSUNG. When I ordered my RAM. I assumed since pricewatch said it would be samsung that, that would be what I was getting. Instead when my ram arrived I got a stick of MITSUBISHI. The ram looked like it had been used and it was dirty. The gold contacts on the stick of ram had scratch marks on them.
I called the company up for an exchange and the guy kept trying to tell me they did not make a mistake with my order. They said they were selling "name brand" memory modules. If I had wanted to order a stick of Mitsubishi ram, I would have paid around $20.00 less. I told the guy that on Pricewatch, it said they were specifically selling SAMSUNG. The guy gave up and gave me a RMA number to return the ram. It took about 2 weeks for the ram to get back to me. I called them repeated times to try and get some status on my order. The phone line was either busy or no one picked up. One time someone did pick up but they spoke very poor english and told me not to worry about it and my order would be here soon.
I would not buy from them again."
"I ordered ORIGINAL samsung PC2700 from enet and received cheap samsung chips on a POWMEM PCB!! I emailed them and they claim original only mean the chips (NOT TRUE) BUYER BEWARE"
"I ordered some PC2700 DDR RAM from them because they were the cheapest on PriceWatch with a decent rating. Order came fine, price was good, works fine... No problems here... Tho shipping was a tad bit expensive in my opinion, but it was a flat rate UPS so..."
