Bad thing: the original shipment came packed with really brittle, broken up styrofoam. It spilled all over the room, stuck to everything, and still is a mess even after I have carefully picked up about a million little pieces. Plus there were broken items, so the styrofoam did not do it’s job. You should invest in a little higher grade of styrofoam to prevent broken items and frustrated customers.

I like the product but would not recommend it to others due to the crummy, messy, ineffective packaging. "
