"Engineer Supply's (ES) website was easy to navigate and informative. Purchasing/payment online presented no problems. Delivery company (PITT Ohio) neglected to inform me of the day of arrival, so they had to take the cabinets back to their warehouse. However, communication with them resolved the issue, and the ES quickly authorized re-delivery. The four cabinets were then delivered. One of the four had some internal damage. However, ES agreed to send a replacement which will be delivered next Monday. I am quite satisfied with my interaction with ES. I should also note that they had the best prices for the Safco drawer cabinets."
