"Ordered a level which was listed at $0.00. Felt it was a fluke but it was a model level I had been looking for. Turns out the item wasn’t in stock even though I was able to complete a checkout. Customer service just cancels my order without warning. When I ask further only then was I told the item wasn’t in stock.

I learned in business to honor mistakes and keep my word. When I told customer service I didn’t like the abrupt cancellation without any attempt to contact me and that I felt they should honor the price since it was listed for sale in the first place I was given the excuse that ”we can’t.”.

Lousy customer service, errors on the website and nit all that great of a selection to begin with. Shop elsewhere folks!"
