"I order a very simple item for my father's newly rebuilt '54 Healey: a tag cover. The web site was easy to navigate and the product was exactly as ordered; however, why the heck did it take a MONTH to get it? I called twice and both times everyone was very polite and transparent, honest that they didn't know why it was taking so long to get but it DID finally come to me. I have a Jaguar and was beginning to think I should have gone to my dealer in my town and bought it but held out and am happy I [finally] got it. I know it's just a simple $50 item but it shouldn't matter how low- or high-cost am item is. I also did not like the fact that nothing was communicated to me except order confirmation. What about a shipment confirmation? nope. I write ERP systems and it doesn't matter how small a company is, it's good business to send backorder alerts and shipment confirmations to your customer to let them know you've taken their money, yes, but you're still in business and are eventually sending them the product!"
