"The tea is referred to as "whole leaf" but instead is small bits. Shipping costs were outrageous. One item in my order was cancelled, and that was 25% of the total weight. The seller didn't reduce the shipping charges at all. For the cost of shipping, it could have easily been send priority mail, but was not. Will NOT buy from again."
