"I was so happy to get my first order even when opening my christmas crakers where all over the box and smushed and then when i opened my minced pies they where smashed to as was the christmas cake they where edable but not good to put out for company so i ordered a new cake and more minced pies and this time they where in great shape and everyone enjoyed them a bit late but very tasty i sure wish i had known about your store years ago have lived here for over twenty years and because of medical problems i dont get to go home much i can get a few things at the local commisary but not much so i am looking forward to ordering more from you in the near future but money is a bit tight right now but of all the sites that i looked at you had the best prices so looking forward to more shopping soon "

"Addendum:After speaking with Laura in customer service, I am happy to say my order has arrived. Thank you for the partial refund. It was more than enough to pay my additional postage to get the missing item to my daughter. My original order included a tea pot and cups and saucers, honey pot, etc. The tea pot is lovely and with the addition of a homemade tray and tea cozy, napkin set, it was a wonderful gift for my daughter at a great price. I have not given up on the English tea Store. I will most definitely shop again. Thank you, Laura!

"I ordered at the last minute and they ran out before my order was completed. I was given a call with options but I like my selection so much I decided to wait. Today I received a call to tell me that it was being sent out for delivery! Yea! Great follow through and I am getting what I want and not a substitute. This is a very pretty and precious tea set no frills just elegant. I may order another one for my daugher. I am very please and happy that it is on the way to my daughter in law.
