"I can't really rate this merchant as I placed an order 12/16/12 and am still waiting for it. They called two days after I placed the order to tell me some items weren't available (bad web site shouldn't let you order items out of stock) and then they said it would ship out Friday Dec. 21. It's now a week later and their website says that it didn't ship out until Dec. 26th. No email, no update, no excuse. I find communicating with this group is difficult. They left a rambling voice mail regarding the items that were out of stock. I called and the entire office was out for a holiday party. My email wasn't returned and I had to call again. I don't know about the quality of their product but I won't be shopping here again."
