"The packing was shocking. Biscuits were broken and some of the boxes had broken open with food in them. Also, there was broken chocolate in the packing box itself. I have had 3 boxes from them recently and they were all very badly packaged. - Updated - They were very concerned and offered me a refund and were super apologetic. Their customer service is second to none. I will be ordering from them again, I just hope they sort out their packing staff!!"
