They offer to send it in pieces, (i.e., ship what they have now, and the rest later) but one of two things happens: 1) you end up paying LOADS of shipping costs on an order that should have been free shipping OR 2) they delay, delay, delay and delay until the order is complete and you have waited six weeks for an order that you could have purchased on Amazon and gotten overnight. I guess I am a glutton for punishment because even though it takes them forever . . . they always arrive undamaged, fresh, and correctly. Just know you cannot be in a hurry if you are ordering from the English Tea Store."

"Sadly I have to give them 0 (zero) stars. I order two jars of marmite and when they arrived, marmite had boiled and cooked due to it being shipped NON-refridgerated.
They send me another order of the marmite, promising it would be put on ice (refridgerated), but again, it arrived cooked and boiled.
Marmite not edible this way!!
IT HAS TO BE ICED/REFRIDEGERATED!!!!
I am still waiting for a refund and will go else where to get my product in the future!"

"UPS lost the original order after it was posted as "out for delivery". I called English Tea Store so they could tell UPS to put a trace on it (UPS wouldn't do this for me).
