"After a poor delivery experience with broken biscuits with cans rolling around in the box and the Flakes melted and liquid chocolate,I had to resort to Facebook to display my disgust as I could not get any answers to emails. We overcame that when Anna called me on Saturday and agreed to re-send the damaged good again at no cost. They were really packed well with dry ice packs in bubble wrap. The chocolate is melted the ice-packs were warm. The biscuits are fine. The box was in shipping for 18 hours and still cannot outdo the heat in a UPS truck.I have to give them credit for the extra effort but the shipment is at least not crushed inside the carton, we have the choclate (Flakes)in the refrigerator and although they are liquid now they may become at least solid Flake chocolate. I scored them 4 stars because of Anna's desire to help and the followup from their HR Dept. They are a good vendor overall and for perishables they just do not do well in this miserable heat. I would recommend that they use their employees relatives/friends that live in another state where the temps are hot and try sending a package or two as tests, they then will know from someone they know (and trust) that it just cannot be shipped with any success. This is the hottest June/July on record in Nebraska and therefor its going to be really hard to ship something like chocolate. I would do business with them again though. Thanks for trying to get me a good product."
"My order came as promised and all were in perfect condition. In a previous order, I'd got tea cups and a pot, they were wrapped so well there was no way there would have been any damage! And were as beautiful as the picture."
"This order took over a week to begin processing from the time of order entry. I had to contact customer service twice and the order finally shipped. End result...I was very pleased with the items and they were packaged very well to prevent melting of the chocolate.
I will do business again, but will follow up after one day, instead of waiting and watching the website for updates that never happened."

"I ordered six boxes of Mr. Bakewell. They weren't packaged too well and the box seemed overly large. The ordered, it seemed rattled around inside the box and all of the boxes were dented and most of the tarts had been damaged. I was going to give them away to family members, but changed my mind when I saw them. The up side is I can keep them for myself. Fast service. When my ordered was placed I was emailed the same day saying they were out and when they would be shipped and did I want the remainder of my order shipped separately. I would buy again from his store, but hope for better packing."
