I liked thier tea more that from where I had purchased before
I had been with that firm for 25 years but they stopped handling tea and now only do coffee, so I needed a new source.

The delivery box was too large for the order and didn't have enough packing in it. We ate every crumb, they were yummy. Not satisfied...not disatisfied"

"We love the English Tea Store teas. However, 4 or 5 days after placing the order, I had to call to find out when it would be shipped. The on-line info always said it was "pending." Why so long? Why did I have to call? ETS' shipping is one of the slowest on-line businesses that we deal with."
