"The recipient said the gift was nice. However, there was no gift card, therefore, the recepient had no idea who it was from. He spent two days looking thru the paperwork, trying to figure out who it came from. When I emailed customer service asking them to send a card they refused and stated "Thank you for your email. We do not send out cards with the orders. The message you requested should have been on the packing slip of the order.". No apology, no attempt to fix it, just a statement that they SHOULD have printed something on the packing slip. Furthermore, the recipient works in shipping/receiving, he knows how to read a packing slip. How embarassing on our part. I will not be ordering from them again. This is not how we want our company represented. "
