"I had exactly the same experience as the other reviewer: they never shipped anything, nor replied to my requests for a tracking number. I was just about to dispute the charge and they refunded my money without any notification of cancelling my order. I guess I'm just one of the few incautious people who actually fell for it. Stay away.

Contacting them is very difficult, they have a web form that gives out big error messages, but I finally got an email. no phone number for urgent calls. I ordered two gameboy SPs for Xmas and they never arrived. I finally had to dispute this charge with the credit card company. They were totally unresponsive to my request to prove that they actually shipped it and give me a tracking number. Beware."
