"Trying to cancel an autoship that was set up late last year for supplements for my dog. Everytime I go to their website in the autoship area it says there is a problem with their server and to message or call to cancel. I messaged through their website to cancel, no reply. I just received an email on 3/20 that my next autoship will be shipping in about a week. I have been emailing, messaging through their website, calling and leaving messages. . .still absolutely no reply. I received an email today that my shipment is on its way! Ridiculous customer service. Do not order from this company, they are scammers!!!! "
"This online pharmacy is incompetent and unreliable. I placed an "in-stock" order for my dog on 2/16, which they verified the very next day on 2/17, and it's 3/1 and it still hasn't shipped. I've contacted customer service every day for the last week and all they do is apologize and say it should've shipped, which it hasn't. Even got Sean, the Pharmacy and Customer Service Manager on the phone and he did the same, but also said he would personally check and call me with an update, which, of course, he did not. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. Their customer service is horrible. Their support for our pet's health is horrible. If it weren't for the discounts, I'd never have anything to do with this company again, but I must say that the discounts are not worth the hassles of the incompetence you deal with when you order from Entirely Pets Pharmacy. Shame on them & they should just go out of business."
"I purchased heart worm medicine for my dog. It never arrived. They say it was delivered but I never got it. Every other company I've ever dealt with just re-sends (this doesn't happen much though, but occasionally). I called them when I didn't receive it and they told me it was delivered but that they would re-send it. I never got the medicine nor did anyone contact me. When I called again they said they wouldn't re-send or give me my money back. Do you want to risk the same experience? "
"I have a very sick cat. I placed an order on July 29. I paid for priority shipping which should have gotten her medication here well before it ran out. It is August 9 and according to their website and tracking, a shipping label was just created. I tried using their chat option last week. No one ever came online. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. I finally reached them today and they said that they can’t cancel the shipment and that I can return it with a 20% restocking fee! Meanwhile, my cat is worse and reordering from another company will just take more time. If I could give them negative stars I would."
