"When I ordered the items online a hold was put on my credit card. The way your system works, you charge that same amount when it is shipped. That means the credit card has a hold and a charge so the card has a double $ amount against it. This did not work in my case because I used a gift Mastercard that only had a certain amount on it. I called & talked to your ordering person and they cancelled the charge and reissued the order under a new card# and put the charge through instead of holding the amount.
If anyone is using a debit card, their checking account is being held for double the charge until the system releases the hold which can take days. It took a week for the charge to released from my first credit card I used.
I think your system should be set up to be able to complete the transaction without charging 2 amounts on the cards.
The items I ordered were exactly what I wanted and they arrived in a timely manner. I do appreciate that."

The only thing that did make me wonder was the flap on the front of the Frontline box was opened at the perforations so the front flap of the box where you open it was already opened.
