The customer service rep I spoke to after I got the shipment and called and told him that my order was wrong told me that a new shipment of cat toothpaste will be sent out and as of today I'm waiting for the delivery."

Would it have been too difficult to send a confirmation with shipping and tracking, letting me know they at least sent the other items my way today? "
