"I ordered cat tooth paste and got dog toothpaste instead. I don't have any dogs. The customer service rep I spoke to after I got the shipment and called and told him that my order was wrong told me that a new shipment of cat toothpaste will be sent out and as of today I'm waiting for the delivery."

"I still have not received my products. They still are selling them, but after you order, they inform you that they are backordered. I was told yesterday, after calling, that it will not be shipped for two weeks. I need the product now for my dogs."

"Heven't received my order yet. Received no communication back from company. Was not able to get in touch with a live person until today. Before today, I left two voicemail messages and sent an email to inquire why my order had not been sent/shipped yet. Today I was told I had one item on backorder. They never communicated this with me, and never sent confirmation on the order being sent out. Also, with no one returning my calls and emails, I thought the company had gone out of business. I've been a customer of EP for a long time, never had a problem before. Not sure what has changed. The fact that my entire order was held up because of 1 item was ridiculous. They should have just shipped the missing item separately, when it becomes available. Even more confusing...one customer service person told me it would be in stock in 1 week, and the other told me "in the next few weeks". Seriously? I've always loved EP, however, this experience left alot to be desired. They only shipped my other items after I complained in email and voicemails? Would I have been waiting another few weeks if I hadn't contacted them? Would it have been too difficult to send a confirmation with shipping and tracking, letting me know they at least sent the other items my way today? "

"I am regularly ordering the Joint Max chewies and other dog supplies and toys. I always receive my items quickly and in good condition. Once, a toy I had ordered, was not in the box but on the packing list. Entirely Pets reacted very courteous and I received replacement immediately. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience!"
