"I have ordered from Entirely Pets for years and this has been the only order I've received that I was disappointed with. I took advantage of the clearance goodies and realized quickly once the order arrived why it was discounted. I ordered two new cat boxes, one was broken (just the clasp on the lid) and was surprised how small the boxes are. Great for kittens, not adult cats. I ordered 3 different metal dog bowls and it was impossible to remove the stickers without scratching the bowls. Everything else was fine and these little issues will not prevent me from ordering again in the future. I was just kinda bummed."

"Placed an order for six items including Dasaquin MSM soft chews. Received a Backorder Notification email for one item. Instead of them sending the shipment (minus that one item), I had to call the 1-800 customer service hotline to specifically request that they ship the remaining items. The shipment arrived via USPS, crammed together in a padded envelope.
I had initially placed an Autoship order for the Dasaquin but am now considering cancelling it. Sadly even cancelling or updating an Autoship subscription requires calling the 1-800 number. Plus customers canceling before their first recurring shipment will incur a $5 cancellation fee or 10% of the previous order, whichever is greater! Think twice before deciding to order from EntirelyPets.com.
My suggestion to EntirelyPets is to improve their customer communications for backorders and to permit shipments of the remaining items either automatically or with a one-click option in the backorder notification email."
