"I use Entirely Pets quite often, and am happy with their products and service. Unfortunately, the last order I placed is on backorder, so I haven't received it yet. This is the first time my order has taken more than a week to arrive. Usually, shipping is within 3 days. They informed me of the backorder status in less than 24 hours, so communication is great, and I have spoken with customer service a couple of times in the past and they are always very helpful. I certainly won't let this one off situation change my opinion of the company and I do recommend them to anyone looking for great products at a affordable price."
