"Entirely Pets met, and even exceeded my expectations during my recent order. I had been really sick for a week, and had forgotten to order the medication that my Basset Hounds take. I was worried that when I asked for expedited shipping, that I would be charged an arm and 2 legs.
The opposite was true! Entirely Pets had a price that was almost as low as the company that I had purchased it from last month. I got the supplements that my Basset Hounds use quicker than I expected, and the entire cost was only a few dollars more than I usually paid.
I used to work for a fast food franchisee that taught me the importance of making customers for life. Entirely Pets has done just that. I am now a customer for life."

"The product was advertised as buy 2, get 1 free. When I received the shipment, I had only received 2. I called the company and got a very rude customer service person, who informed me that I had to order 3 to get the one free. The add was very confusing. I have bought from this company many times, and never had this problem before. If you advertise buy 2, 1 free, then that is how the product should be delivered. I will not do business with this company again."

"I never received my shipment from Entirely Pets. To date, I have written to them a total of five times asking them to please respond to me, and I get only silence in return. Finally after 13 days of not hearing from them, I got an indifferent customer service person on the phone who told me they "would file a claim" (whatever that means). Now, over a month after my order was lost in transit, there has been no resolution to this situation.
This seller may have good prices, but order at your own risk-- as it may not ever arrive -- in which case, customer service will barely lift a finger to attempt to begrudgingly help you recover the lost items. I say "attempt to help," because they never actually helped me. Basically, they stole over $50 from me and don't seem to care.
