"I was afraid this would happen eventually as the packaging has always been insufficient. It was a matter of time before something got very damaged, as it did this time.
In past orders the Vetri-Science Vetri-Lysine Plus - Soft Chews have suffered some breakage and crumbling beyond normal due to poor packaging.
There are never enough "air pillow" cushions to protect the products. It's as simple as that.
There is always just one perfunctory double pillow cushion tossed in the box to be able to say that one was in there. And the condition of that one cushion? It's always arrived here completely flat. So it was useless. It provided no protection whatsoever to the products in the box.
So, the contents of the box are just loose in there getting bashed around during shipping. That's not good.
In this shipment, the Nu-Cat Liquid by Vetri-Science (50 teaspoons), was ruined. The cap got completely busted in transit.
When I opened the box I saw the liquid everywhere. I had to clean off the surviving products. I removed the Nu-Cat Liquid because I could see it was he culprit. It was covered in its liquid. It was all under the cap's seal. And, when I touched the cap? It fell off into my hand.
So, the Nu-Cat is ruined. And the rest of the order is a mess. The box it was shipped in is soaked inside. I took pictures.
The hand stamp on the invoice is, #12.
I'm disappointed this time.
