I actually had to call to find out what had happened to the package and they told me that there was an error with the credit card when I had placed the first one perfectly fine and it actually arrived on time. It would have been nicer if they could automate a email when the package is shipped or if there is a problem with the transaction at least that way I could fix the problem right away rather than waiting."
