Never received a shipping confirmation so called on Jan 11th - they confirmed Priority delivery scheduled Jan 12th (Saturday) or 14th (Monday). Waited until Monday evening for delivery - when no delivery, called since website showed still in warehouse. Was rudely told to call back Tuesday as the warehouse was closed and they couldn't tell me anything until late the next afternoon. Received an email saying my merchandise had finally been processed at the warehouse Monday night Jan 14th, delivery Priority mail Delivery Confirmation. 1 week after placing order and paying, their website says it will be delivered Wednesday Jan 16th, but the USPS said their system showed it hadn't even been processed leaving CA for GA. Sounds like I might get delivery Friday Jan 18th, 10 days after I paid for PRIORITY SHIPPING. I needed this URGENTLY. I'M EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! HEARTILY DISAPPOINTED!"
