"I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and it's still not here. At first, I received a notice saying that the entire order was placed on hold because one item was backordered. With most places I order from, the order is sent and the backordered item is sent later.

Because I still haven't received the order, I had to purchase some of the items at a local store. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to complain and was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally, I gave up and decided to write a review instead. I would not order from these folks again!"
