The shipping is usually really fast, this time a bit slower, it took a week !!
which for them is a long time. Items usually arrive in about 4 days.
I have 3 Papillons (12, 11, 9) and a 2 year old Siamese.
I have never had a problem with any order, or billing.
I have ordered from them 4-5 times and will keep on because they really do have the best prices and some great sales."

"ordered dog meds overnight on 11/1 did not rec them until 11/6. despite 2 phone calls and promises to credit the overnight charge back to me it still has not been done.This ,plus the fact my dog went 4 days w/o her meds make me very unhappy."

"Still waiting for delivery because one of the items was backordered. As soon as I wrote to them and asked them to cancel it, they did ship the rest. I shop at Entirely Pets because their prices are good on the items I need. However their customer service leaves something to be desired. I finally gave up waiting for them to replace a bottle of something that wasn't packaged correctly and leaked everywhere during delivery. I finally just said the heck with it."

They have not shipped quickly and then the delivery tie, even when paying for a 2 day shipment is still late...my order was placed on Nov. 1st, did not ship until November 3rd...its now the 8th and its still not here yet! When I called the customer service rep was,,,well frankly had a I don't care about your problem attitude. I may have to take my few hundred dollars of business a year someplace else.
