"I was happy to see that Entirely Pets added an auto ship option with a discount. However I was a bit disappointed to find after signing up that changes can't be made to the subscription online. Changes must be made by calling a phone number. I like the flexibility of adjusting other retailers' subscriptions online so that I don't get overstocked on an item. Having to do this by phone is inconvenient and I will likely just cancel the subscription the first time I need to adjust it. "
