"They have made mistakes with more than one of my orders.
I gave them one more shot 2 months ago... They never mailed my order. I sent mulitple emails and then they finally "remembered" to send it (3 weeks after I had placed the order)... Except they never sent it at all when they said they did.
In the 2 weeks after that, I sent 6 more emails and called twice (once was on hold for 10min, the next time was on hold for 45 min-- nobody answered either time). I receieved ZERO response to my 6 emails. They finally responded on the 7th email when I said I was contacting my bank to dispute the charge, since it was now over a month since I had placed my order. They said my package got lost (no, they never sent it) so they mailed it again. It fonnaly arrived 5 weeks after I placed the order. Btw, this was a VERY small order: ONE 6-pack of dog chews.
When I opened the box I was disgusted to find bloodstains all over one of the bags of chews.
I contacted them again. I've just had it.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."

"I had ordered a few times from Entirely Pets Pharmacy because of the decent prices. We had pretty good luck until we ordered a new medication with one we previously ordered. It took them five days to confirm the prescription and it was two weeks total until we received our order. Our dog was without meds at the vet (on vacation) for a week. With the same order, I apparently mistakenly signed up for the auto-ship. One week after they shipped the order in question, they shipped the item needed originally again. We received no prior notification of the pending shipment (that is supposed to part of the program) AND we got charged shipping, which nullified any discount for their auto-ship program. Oh, and they clearly state on their web site that orders over $39 ship free, with exceptions for pet food and vaccines only!. The one item was $75.
So I called to at least try to get the shipping refunded, and got zero help. They took no responsibility for the information they FAIL to provide for their auto-ship program. Really is not the way to run the business!"

I understand that free shipping is 'free' & will be ground however, if I pay $4.95 'extra' for quicker shipping - it should go priority mail. Infact, my supplements would easily fit in a flat rate priority mailer. If time is not of the essence, I will always order from Entirely Pets; however, if I need items quickly - i have no other choice than to order from other companies"
