"ordered at 22 Feb. waited for few days and didn't receive tracking number to confirm that my order has been shipped. Did a live chat on 25 Feb and was told there was some prob with the credit card payment so the order has not been processed (why wasn't I contacted about this?). Gave the data needed during the live chat and was told "the authorization for the charge is being approved so the order is being released to be processed to ship". Then few hours later got a backorder notification and there wasn't any information as how long I will have to wait :( I hope it won't take too long"
