I was diappointed then the first one failed after 4 years, and even more disappointed when I had issues getting steering wheel controls and reverse camera to work on the new unit. Eonon support persisted and worked with me to resolve the issue over a few weeks, and in the end resolved the issue to my satisfaction. "

Your claim of excellent support seems to be rather generous if not an outright lie.
I like the product and I suspect my radio reception is an easy fix but you’re just not answering my questions. I have until May 18th to return the product. I may have to even though I like it

Everything you could possibly need is included in the box (cables and adapters) and since the form factor of the display is so big there is also no need for an extra trim piece and it looks quiet nice. The included Canbus Decoder works perfect aswell - plug and play and all steering wheel buttons are recognized automatically with full oem functionality! awesome!
