"My first unit came with a big crack down the middle of the screen. I emailed the customer service team and they prompted responded to my concerns and after they verified my unit was defective they shipped me a new one free of charge.
The unit itself is responsive and is definitely an big upgrade from the stock head unit.
The sound from the unit is improved from stock, also allowing great tuning with different frequencies.
The display has a sufficient resolution, although not the best for it's size, but it is bright enough for use on sunny days with my sun roof open, and dark enough that it doesn't disturb me during night driving.
For what you pay for, the quality of the unit is matched by next to nothing on the market. Especially with wireless android auto and Apple Carplay. Additionally, the unit looks like it belongs in the car, unlike the standard din models sold by Pioneer and Sony."

I only upgraded as the bigger screen and processor means its fast and easy to see. The old ones were 7" but still work perfect after that time. "I purchased the Q65Pro Eonon unit for my 2009 BMW328i and have been very happy with it. The unit arrived promptly and the install was a breeze considering everything came prewired and all I had to do was remove the stock radio and plugin the Eonon unit to the factory harness. I have been using it regularly to try different functions and so far everything is working flawless and I love the wireless Apple Carplay feature the best. "I decided to go with the R63 (android auto/apple carplay wireless) which came with an ODB and Rear View Camera sensor in a promotion deal. Setting up the unit was almost too easy as it everything is labelled correctly and it's plug and play. It takes less than 30 minutes to remove old infotainment and install the R63 unit.
