The Eonon head unit for my 2008 335i 2 door fits so well it maintains the class BMW offers, especially to the non-idrive models like mine. I love my Unit, customer service was very good as they listen to your issues and Personal advise to the the company and the overall Eonon experience. The time difference can get a bit annoying but they always responded as soon as they could and took your concerns seriously. Lovely product, great service. Kudos to Eonon. "I was skeptical about what to expect from my purchase. The fact that cheaper Asian media systems are rather slated because of the poor build quality has made me decide to go for this mid-priced system, the GA9453B. It should replace an MFD2 in my EOS with Bose speaker system. My first fear, handing over quality to the sound ... The package was delivered neatly and it took me about 15 minutes to connect the system. First checked the sound of the set and that is absolutely great! Perhaps better than the MFD2 with at least many more setting options. No distorted sound, even at high output. The rest of the set is set via the familiar Android interface and works as it works on my smartphone. Nice screen, slightly delayed response to touch. Telephone call for receiver somewhat tinny sound, but more than good in the car! Currently only 1 problem found which I hope can be solved by software. In the overview of the car, all values are well displayed except for the handbrake. By default, it is used in use while not in use."

"I ordered the GA2188 10“ with Android 10. It arrived quickly. I went to install my radio. The install went quite easily. I had to contact several times. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. Normal task for me are quite challenging from cognition, movement, understand. A wonderful support person Nicky took her time to help me. Such kindness and patience. She walked me through with ease. What knowledge she has about the products and different vehicles. Eonon is lucky to have her.
I love the car stereo works great. So glad it has Bluetooth 5.0 it makes a big difference. The screen size makes it so much easier for navigation. Also having people that are in my passenger seat dialing my phone great interface through Bluetooth app. With the hands free and the larger screen my driving is less distracted and safer.

"bought the eonon ga9480a for my 2012 silverado with bose.was working fine,then the next morning the screen freezes up ,all pre set and memory erased no radio response,says mt it ui8 not responding, i can barely go to settings but it jumps back and forth to radio then back to settings,i tried to email eonon,but email says failed delivery,phone number says well leave you a txt message but nothing,really dissapointed."

If you want to return your order, because it's not as they promissed, you have to pay transport + 80 euro devaluation fee...???
Support will reply, after 5 days, not with an answer, but with stupid question, like repeat your question in other words, but NO answer.
I got the radio and found out connection is differt as they let me know, i only took it out of box, didn't go in power or car, and it's costing me 80 euro!
Very Frustrating, if i had orderd it on AliExpress i had 100% money back!"

"Asked for help before purchase, but no responce. Then ordered the unit @ 315 euro.
Got it within 9 days, but when i opened the box i saw it'was wrong 1 for me.
I tried to chat with them for help, but they didn't wat to understand me.
So i returned the new unit, at my own cost € 15.
Then the big supprice, i only got 244€ returned, because of devaluation (they selling it more cheap now!!!!
Total rip, they earned 70 euro for doing nothing.......
I tried to ask why by email, but the stick to their opinion, because the sell cheaper now (1 week after my order/return) it's costing me 70 euro ???

"I ordered the Eonon GA9480A for my 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 and it fit perfectly. Screen is huge, has great touch sensitivity and installation was easier than I could've imagined. All plug an dplay, no splicing wires or harnesses or trying to figure out which wire is for what. The only problem I had was they forgot to send a few accessory cords along but have put them in the mail for me already and the backup camera that was sent with the deck didn't power, but they are also replacing that. Their customer service has been fantastic, just slow (no complaints) because they are awake when I am asleep being in Canada and they are in China. "
