"I found the unit on amazon for 305cdn, but checked out eonon website; it asked for my country to provide proper pricing and shipping, so I select canada. Price shows 249 plus 10 for shipping. GREAT. so I place my order only to find out after that I was billed in USD. So now after conversion it actually cost me 367cdn. I contacted eonon and was offered a dashcam as a free gift. So i was happy until i received the dashcam only to find out it's not compatible with the head unit i purchased. Overall I'm not too happy about the cost, but the head unit does seem to work good. It's fairly quick response and installs easy.
Good product just beware the price before you buy. "

"Installation time: ~10 minutes for an experienced installer.

Very happy with my direct replacement Eonon head unit in my 2007 Tahoe (GA9480A). The fit is absolutely better than the previous aftermarket kit I had installed. This unit fits flush, all the way around the large 8 inch screen like it was meant to be there from the GM factory. Being a direct fit head unit, there are no wires to solder. Plug in the harness directly to your factory harness while retaining steering controls and other functions.

A few things to note-
-The door chime sounds like an emergency broadcast tone.
-When playing audio from your phone thru the unit's Bluetooth receiver, try to avoid using your phone. Eonon does warn about this causing static or audible instability issues- confirmed, but also not worth worrying about.

I still have a lot to learn about the audio settings with my factory Bose system. I will update this review further as I add amps and change my entire car stereo system."

"Im not a paid reviewer, what i paid fir thots head unit versus how it turned out so far i really can't be mad at it.

I'm about 4 months in, about 90%of the apps from the play store work just as they do on my phone, the ones that don't you could probably get by without having on your car head unit? (Amazon apps don't work on mine, Netflix and spotify do?)

All in all i fully support, customer service has at least mostly answered my questions usually i can't say that for all companies.
