"I debated for a while whether to buy an aftermarket head unit or source an upgraded factory unit to replace the basic one in my car. I eventually purchased one which claimed it was a "straight swap" which ended up being far from true so sent it back for a refund. I then came across a thread on TalkFord about a Eonon unit which again was a straight swap with no wiring to mess about with. I decided to buy the unit and boy am I pleased I did. It literally was a case of plug it in and play straight away. Sound quality is excellent, user interface is simple and there are a multitude of apps available on google play which are compatible.
I did have one minor issue where the steering wheel track forward and back buttons were working in reverse, not a major concern but irritating. A quick email to customer service department and I had it fixed in less than a minute."

"I would like to say that Eonon has provided me great customer service that i ever expected. At first i was very doubtful that i would be entertained or receive a timely and positive response from them, But i was definitely proven very wrong . Not only did they reply to my concern but provided every possible help that they can provide from their end . When everything seem hopeless cause I thought there was no chance that my problem would be resolved. They decided to send the part that would for sure fix my problem free of charge and very simple directions in installing it which took me no longer than 30 min and once everything was in place turned on my Head unit and had no doubt that everything worked a 100%.
