"I've tried to sell back to epelican and choose to have a box sent. It never arrives. Yet I keep getting emails saying I need to return my item. I contact customer support and they say they can't send a box because there is a problem with the web site, What?!? Then they close my case. I reopen the case. I ask what the website has to do with sending me a box? Why the emails say if you need a box click here. Then I'm told a box has been shipped for my return. But again, I never receive the box. Trying yet again with another item but this will probably be the last time I use this site."
