"I will never purchase from them again! I bought an Aquabot S2 40 from Epic Pool Supply. It stopped within just a few weeks. I called and they said they could not refund me. They told me to try calling Aquabot company directly to get help. So to make a short story Aquabot said they'd send me a replacement. We ended up getting four replacements because they all stopped working. The fourth one caught on fire and the cord burned in half!! I could never get back in touch with Epic Pool Supply. They could care less they sold me a faulty product. I have to say Aquabot company was great and after the fourth Aquabot S240 they finally refunded me. Epic Pool Supply did not. I won't do anymore business with Epic Pool Supply because it's hard to reach someone by phone and they do not back up their products they sell. "
