The first item I ordered, a box of softballs arrived no problems through correct carrier as stated on website. The balls were the wrong product. It could have been my error when purchasing but I was looking at 12inch soft core softballs and received 12in **** softballs. Looking at the invoice it appears I purchased the wrong ones, however do not recall adding ****.
The 2nd order was made shortly after the first as I noticed your site carried the required socks for my softball team. Those also stated FedEx as shipment carrier. Which is not a problem shipping to my address in the mountains and ALWAYS receive my packages from FedEx. Instead, the 2nd order was shipped USPS, probably to save money on your side, even though you charged full shipping price. That item was sent back because USPS delivers to our local Post Office not our physical address because again I live in a mountain area and snow regularly falls in winter.
Your website shipping does not ship to PO Boxes probably because your labels and software does not allow for zip code-post office box numbers.
The item was returned, and yes I was refunded, however I do not care for the "It will ship FedEx" to only wait a week and have the product reurned."
"Not real happy with paying a re-stocking fee. Since some customers have size issues with fit etc. the only sure way to know whether the apparel fits properly is to sometime order different sizes not to mention companies or brands fit different due to the fact one clothing brand's XL may not be the same as the other guys.
My solution would be just to raise your price slightly and drop the restocking fee. Plus, I think customers would like free returns as with other companies policies. Just saying."
