"First time buyer and product did not arrive on date promised. Then UPS "lost" the package and I could not get a replacement or refund until UPS did their investigation. So here we are 13 days later and it will be another 5 days before they can send the replacement. Customer service made no attempt to rectify the situation and will not rush the replacement order. I will not be ordering or recommending this company at all."

"The quality of the champro socks were great the only thing was the sizing was not consistent. Some of the socks calf were small than others and they did not fit some of my girls. I had to purchase more socks from Academy sports. The belts were great fit as they should great color. Line up cards were not as ordered and I cannot use them. Score book was perfect. Packaging was great everything was protected shipping and delivery was on time as expected. Overall good quality I will continue to order from epic. "
