"We ordered over $3500 worth of uniforms for basketball. I paid the extra fees for fast printing and expedited shipping, all back on Dec 29th. As of January 26th. I have yet to receive my completed order. To be clear, I received 4 out of the 5 boxes. The 5th box in which consists of my youngest age groups uniforms, is the one that is still missing. The season most likely will be over before I receive these. Like I mentioned, be cautious. If you have problems, you will NEVER speak with a live agent. All concerns and questions go through email only. This process moves at a snails pace and is extremely confusing to navigate. I’ve been told via email, they are unable to track my box, yet it is still “on its way”. I’m beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. I understand things happen out of our control. But as a business, there should be some kind of assurance that they will either reimburse, or do their absolute best to find my products in which I paid for. As a business owner myself, I stand behind the services that I offer to ensure all parties are satisfied. To say the least, Epic Sports could care less about the people. I will most likely never use this company again. And will alert any others that may be asking about them in the future. "
