"We received the teams soccer socks a day after they were supposed to wear them in a game. So they were not able to use them. They will use them for practice now, but the whole reason I bought them was for breast cancer awareness month. Anyways, I paid over 40 dollars for shipping and it was delivered three days after the date that was promised. I understand there are nationwide shipping problems, but perhaps you shouldn’t offer the expedited shipping. The other parents were disappointed. To end on a good note, the quality and color of the socks were awesome!"

The first difference between Epic Sports and the other sites is price...Epic Sports is about 45% less on this product than most other sites I found, so I decided to order. I am glad I did, because the other differences became clear. I received follow up emails, almost immediately after finalizing my order. The customer service was attentive and proactive. I received an estimated date of delivery, a tracking number of the shipment and regular updates as to the status of my delivery. My package arrived on time, and was the exact item I had ordered.

"Order placement is fine. After this point things go down hill. When I placed the order I was given an arrival date 10-14 days away. I received emails every few days repeating the date given, they stated I would receive tracking information when the order shipped. The final one came the day before the order was promised. On the date the order was to arrive I finally received a tracking number. If Epic had not repeatedly sent emails with the original date, and threating order delay if I tried to change anything, the arrival date of about 17days after order I could have lived with. But to have the order arrival date repeatedly sent up to the day before it arrived is absurd. If you don't care when your order might ship this is the place."
