"The only slightly negative part of this experience was that it took the company over 3 weeks to send the tax-exempt receipt for my organization. The communication during that process was not phenomenal, as I was passed around to a couple of different areas, and if I was not persistent, I am not sure if I would have gotten that receipt. However, the shipping was quick, the product was as advertised, and the tax exempt thing did eventually get resolved. Would recommend. "

"I owned a Tri-Mountain hoodie in the past. Considering my everyday outdoor work demands, I was surprised it lasted 3 years. I bought a Carhartt last year becuase I couldn't find a store that carried Tri-Mountain... until I stumbled onto Epic. When the new hoodie arrived I was impressed... 2 outer zipped pockets, 1 inner zipped pocket... so no more losing hardware, keys or phone. Its cloth weight, insulation and generous "tall" fit makes this a beast and I'm confidentally ready for winter. My Carhartt is childsplay compared to this. Yes, the Tri-Mountain is a tad more $$$, but if you're an everyday outdoorsman like me, it's well worth it. "
