"They didn’t send all the items. I have so far requested the items be sent twice without success. The customer service representatives are rude and do not care at all that they shipped me the wrong items 3 times. I still have no resolution to the problem despite emailing 3 people (as you can’t actually speak to a person). They also ignore requests for a partial refund for my trouble….like they just act like I never asked. Very frustrating experience. "
