"I ordered wiffle balls on April 15...they didn't even ship until April 23 and I took delivery on April 27. There was no communication to the effect of "hey, we don't have these in stock, so we can't ship them right away." Waiting 6 business days to ship...that's not good. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Stock emails were sent telling me "we're sending this soon," but no explanation as to why. I expected it to be sent, you know, when I paid. Barring any additional information, that should've happened. Generic stock emails which say nothing new aren't helpful. $7.42 for "standard shipping." Why wait to ship? Seems very odd. So, if you pay more money for shipping, it'll ship sooner? Ok, fine...is there someone here at this company who pulls the item off the shelf and says "nope, they only did STANDARD shipping, so we'll wait 6 business days to ship this?" Bad form. Be better."
